1. Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders of 100€ or more. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated as follows:

2. Delivery Estimates

3. Customs and Duties
For shipments to territories outside the standard EU customs union, the customer is responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or clearance fees. These costs are not included in the shipping rates provided above.
4. Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to our warehouse because it was not claimed by the recipient or due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will process a refund for the product price, minus the return shipping costs incurred.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches you.
