  • Effects of withdrawal: We will refund the payments received from you for the returned items (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

  • Condition of items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original brand tags attached.
