RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Refunds Policy: In accordance with current legislation, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Please note:

We will not refund additional costs derived from a special delivery method chosen by the customer (e.g., express delivery if standard was available).

The direct costs of returning the product(s) shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to Everybody Loves.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and must include all elements contained in the original shipment (tags, original labels, original packaging, etc.). Otherwise, your return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
We will process the refund once the quality and condition of the returned products have been verified by our team. This verification process may take 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of the item at our warehouse. Initial shipping costs (if any) or any other additional costs generated by the outbound shipment will not be refunded.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Underwear, socks, swimwear, or any other products that come into direct contact with intimate areas if their protective packaging or hygiene seal has been unsealed after delivery.

Customized, altered, or personalized products.
REJECTED OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES
Any shipment rejected or not claimed by the recipient at the destination creates substantial return, transport, and administrative management fees. These costs, in addition to potential local taxes or customs duties, will be strictly deducted from the user’s final refund amount. For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, rejected or unclaimed packages will incur a fixed administrative fee of €10 (VAT included).
DEFECTIVE ITEMS & LEGAL WARRANTY
All items are inspected thoroughly by our team before they are shipped. However, in accordance with EU consumer regulations, all products are covered by a legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, you must contact us immediately at info@everybodyloves.eu providing your order number and photographic evidence of the issue before taking further action.
Please note that we cannot accept warranty claims or returns for damages resulting from:

Incorrect, intensive, or abusive use of the garment.

Normal wear and tear or increased natural perspiration.

Color transfer during washing or wear (e.g., raw denim jeans dyeing other garments or socks).

Damage caused by external factors such as friction, sharp objects, chemicals, or misuse during laundering and ironing (e.g., ironing directly over screenprints or graphics).

Items causing personal physical discomfort after being worn (e.g., blisters or chafing from footwear).
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Log in to your customer account using your email address and password.

Go to “My Orders” (or Order History), select the items you wish to return, and proceed to process your return request.

Once your return request is approved and you have printed your return authorization or label, prepare your package carefully. Ensure the item(s) are in perfect condition (unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging).

Attach the return document securely to the outside of the packaging. Ensure it is not covered by opaque packing tape. Remove any old barcodes from previous shipments on the box to avoid sorting errors by the courier.

Send the package to the address indicated on your return document using your preferred trackable shipping service, or take it to your nearest selected drop-off point. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as EVERYBODY LOVES is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
